Head HSE

Position Title: Head HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) operations at the plant
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with local laws and international HSE standards
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Drive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors
• Lead and manage the HSE team and report to senior management

Job Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant HSE experience within a manufacturing plant
• Candidate must currently be working as Head HSE / Senior Manager HSE or equivalent level
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering OR
• Environmental Sciences (or relevant discipline)
