Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to:

Business Partnering & Strategic Advisory

·Provide leadership to drive People mandate and address HR needs

·Advise and provide guidance in developing people management solutions to achieve business goals

·Partner leadership team on succession planning and HIPOs management
