Head, Information Technology

Position Purpose

Manage the Company’s information technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across Head Office and mine-site operations. The role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable IT services that support corporate functions, mine-site operations, and long-term business growth.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent is an advantage

Professional Experience

• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 7 years in management roles
• Proven experience managing multi-site IT operations and geographically dispersed teams
• Demonstrated leadership in enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
• Strong experience with ERP platforms (SAP preferred)
