Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI strategy
Lead AI/ML, data science, and MLOps teams
Oversee end-to-end AI model development and deployment
Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities
Establish AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks
Manage AI budget, tools, and vendor partnerships
Report AI impact and KPIs to executive leadership
Qualifications
5+ years in AI/ML or advanced analytics roles
5+ years leading technical teams
Strong experience with ML, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
Experience deploying AI solutions at scale
MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
Preferred
