Head, Internal Control and Risk Management

The Head, Internal Control and Risk Management is responsible for conducting internal control reviews to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures while identifying opportunities to improve processes across the organization’s operational units and support functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining a strong internal control environment, monitoring open issues, and ensuring timely resolution to mitigate risks and prevent potential losses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an internal control framework that supports both operational units and corporate functions.
• Periodically assess and update control processes to address risks across areas such as operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and finance.
