Lease Agreements:Drafting & vetting of various legal documents - Agreement for Sale, Lease Deed, Leave & License Agreement Development / JV Agreement, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, MOU etc.Lead and close high value commercial agreements/ leasing agreements.Draft, review, and finalize a range of agreements to ensure business interests are protected while complying with legal frameworks.Standardize contracts and templates to improve speed and efficiency across the commercial function.Drafting of plaints, written statements, issuing and replying to statutory legal notices, counters, company petitions, complaints etc.
