Head Librarian

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Library Strategy & Planning:
 Provide overall leadership for the management of Library operations, services and resources including campus libraries and library support for extension centres, teaching, sites, and distance learning in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.
 Collaborate with core leadership, program chair, faculty and/ or related group level entities in order to develop, communicate and manage a strategic plan, daily operations, and projects arising for JI Library, including its digital library.
 Prepare, submit and put into effect the yearly library plan in order to gauge the contribution towards realizing the Institute’s strategy and mission.
 Oversee the development and delivery of Jio Institute’s digital library services & platform that support education, research and innovation excellence.
