• Leading a team of 18 Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts and Transactional Bankers in the Agric and Business Banking segment for Growth and Premium clients delivering financial solutions and all manner of banking to our clients.
• Implementing the Business Banking value proposition, being accountable for Agric and Business clients relationships, and associated financial and non-financial outcomes aligned to the strategic value drivers of Standard Bank.
• Design and implement customer retention and customer acquisition strategies aimed at ensuring acquisition of valuable and profitable customers. This include defining an end-to-end process of acquiring clients to ensure that all relevant capabilities e.g. products, sector specialists etc. execute in an integrated and seamless manner to enable and fast track acquisition.
