Head Maintenance - ZYICA

Perform maintenance and repairs, and preventative maintenance, to all areas of the hotel. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized maintenance shop and for the security of hotel inventory and assets such as tools, supplies, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Your Day to Day –

This challenging position has overall responsibility for performing maintenance and repairs, and preventative maintenance, to all areas of the hotel. You will perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning, ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool - if applicable etc. and ensure that equipment is prepared and operational for the following day's work.
