Create, update, and maintain a high-quality beverage program. Desing beverages menus oriented in deliver a constant, unique profitable and sustainable bars around the property. To ensure that Peñasco Barra as the main bar operates successfully and look after the bartenders operation of other hotel bars, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable and that all beverage menus are kept up dated. Develop a training program for all food and beverage staff. Work closely with Director of Bars/Beverage Manager and Finance to ensure the all the vendors and brand contracts are compliance with Rosewood Policies.
