BASIC FUNCTION
The Head Nurse of Women's Health Center is responsible in the daily operation of the center. He/She is in-charge of the staffing, availability of supplies and fucntioning equipment. He/She is responsible in the continuing education of his/her direct reports by providing training sessions conducted nternally or externally, depending on availability. Promote synergy by collaborating with the medical team and management in programs and process improvement initiatives.
