Head of Acceleration

Reporting to: Director Entrepreneurship, Punjab information Technology Board (PITB)
PITB Incubation Wing is the entrepreneurship and startup development arm of the Punjab Information Technology Board, responsible for designing and delivering government-backed incubation and acceleration programs across Punjab.
As part of this mandate, the Incubation Wing is implementing Accelerate Punjab (AP): a province-wide acceleration initiative focused on supporting high-potential startups through structured programs, ecosystem partnerships, and market- and investment-readiness support.
We are seeking a Head of Acceleration to lead the design and delivery of the central acceleration program under AP and to work closely with the Director on ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes for startups.
