We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Head of Account Management to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in managing and nurturing both client relationships and offshore team members, ensuring seamless integration, reducing attrition, and driving business growth. As a leadership team member, the Account Manager will serve as a key liaison between Boomering and its clients, while also ensuring that internal teams are well -supported, trained, and motivated for success.
