Role Overview

The Head of Accounting is responsible for leading and managing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, compliance with accounting standards and Philippine tax regulations, and strong internal controls. This role supervises the accounting team and works closely with management and the CFO/Finance Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Fixed Assets
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing
  • Review and approve journal entries, schedules, and account reconciliations
• Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
