Head of Accounting/Controller

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Head of Accounting/Controller to lead and oversee all accounting operations based in Bogotá. This is a fully on‑site leadership role responsible for financial integrity, compliance, reporting accuracy, and the development of a high‑performing accounting team.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong technical accounting expertise, excellent communication skills in fluent English, and a proven track record of managing accounting functions in complex, fast‑paced environments.

Onsite position in Bogotá. Open salary based on experience.
