Role Summary
The Head of AdTech & Media Solutions is a senior player-coach role responsible for the end-to-end performance, strategic direction, and profitability of 5DM's advertising ecosystem. As the departmental lead, you will oversee the Audience Path, Media Path, and Creative Path tech suites. You are responsible for driving departmental excellence through team leadership, high-level business development (demos/webinars), and providing technical training and support for our self-service advertising tools.
The ideal candidate is a performance marketing expert with a deep understanding of the African digital landscape, capable of translating complex data into business growth.
