Head of Affiliates

Overview

Our client is a fast-growing international iGaming/Betting company, working with partners all around the world. As we expand our affiliate network, we are now looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to strengthen our presence in the LATAM region.

Responsibilities

• Searching for, attracting, and onboarding new affiliate partners in LATAM.
• Developing and managing an active partner base (goal: +30–50 active partners in the first 3 months).
• Monitoring traffic quality, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
• Keeping track of market trends and competitors to expand acquisition channels.
• Analyzing campaign efficiency and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ year of proven experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming/Betting.
• Own or active partner base in LATAM (must-have).
• Negotiation experience in Spanish.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
