Head of Agribusiness

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the company’s agribusiness strategy to maximize the value and utilization of the company’s landbank assets.
• Identify and assess agribusiness opportunities suitable for the company’s land portfolio, including plantations, horticulture, agroforestry, urban farming, and integrated green developments.
• Lead planning and execution of agribusiness projects integrated with property development concepts.
• Oversee land assessment, soil suitability analysis, irrigation planning, and crop selection for agricultural development areas.
• Manage landscape and planting strategies across residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use developments.
• Ensure the aesthetic, environmental, and commercial value of landscape and agricultural areas are aligned with the company’s master plan.
