Responsibilities

• Embed and discover: Spend time with each team lead, observe workflows, identify pain points and high‑leverage opportunities, and decide what to build, buy or retire.
• Build: Ship internal tools and customer‑facing systems weekly, replacing SaaS seats with purpose‑built solutions that improve conversion or operational efficiency.
• Scale: Train teams to use the systems, set the standard for AI‑native operations, and hire only when bandwidth is the limiting factor.

Success metrics

• Every department relies on at least one system you shipped.
• Reduce the SaaS stack measurably, with a documented dollar figure saved.
• Show a hard business metric—conversion rate, CAC or contribution margin—improved by a system you built.
