What you'll be doing…

We are looking for a leader of our new AI Productivity Lab, reporting to the Group Director of Data & AI Architecture. The purpose of the Lab is to accelerate internal AI-driven employee productivity and process automation using the latest agentic co-working technologies.

In this role you'll be lead a high‑performing team of AI Productivity engineers at the forefront of agentic AI, where software engineering, process automation and advanced tooling come together to transform how work gets done.
