Operations Strategy and Management
Develop and execute the business strategy for Thailand, aligning with the overall operations strategy to progress towards being a premier Order Management provider globally.

Ensure successful strategy implementation with positive business outcomes and monitor P&L as a key indicator for optimal operations execution.

Oversee all daily commercial and operational activities within Thailand, striving for cost-efficient and sustainable operations to maximize long-term value.

Ensure smooth operations and well-executed delivery of activities throughout the year. Deliver all approved projects in Thailand as part of the Southeast Asia strategy.
Business Planning and Budgeting
Track industry and geographical market consumption trends, working closely with the commercial team to identify key activities for growth, such as types of business, partners...
