Head of Air Freight

DHL Global Forwarding (Finland) Oy is looking for an experienced Head of Air Freight with strong and successful background in forwarding business and leadership.
In this role you manage, control and develop the overall air freight activities in Finland in accordance with the global and regional business strategy to increase market share and improve profitability by engaging our people.
Main responsibilities:
Leads and coaches air freight function in Vantaa
Drives creation and implementation of air freight strategy in country (translates requirements, implements, ensures realization of strategy and monitors)
Leads employee engagement and excellent customer experience in air freight
Sets, communicates and follows KPIs to ensure constant improvement e.g. NPS, profitability and volume and employee engagement
Ensures optimization of network procurement and implementation of all consolidation opportunities
