Head of Arctic - Montreal

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Fednav’s Arctic business with full accountability for P&L, strategy, governance, and long‑term value creation across Arctic shipping programs, ice‑breaking services, and project‑based operations.
• Define and lead the execution of the Arctic business strategy, translating corporate objectives into multi‑year plans, investment priorities, and growth initiatives.
• Act as Fednav’s representative for key Arctic clients, governments, regulators, and strategic partners, building trusted, long‑term relationships that support business growth and continuity.
• Provide oversight of major Arctic client programs and commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual commitments.
• Participate in government, regulatory, and Indigenous engagement, supporting responsible operations, long‑term partnerships, and Fednav’s social license to operate.
