Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Value Creation: Transform Operations into a strategic enabler, not just a cost center. Build systems that make immersive experiences reliable, scalable, and repeatable across projects.
• Technical & Systems Expertise: Serve as the technical authority for AV and immersive systems, including LED walls, projections, media servers, sensors, and show control. Architect solutions to ensure seamless integration, long-term reliability, and operational efficiency.
