About the Role
Micro Data Labs ClinTech is seeking a strategic and technically proficient Head of BA/BE Laboratory to lead our clinical research operations in Nairobi. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Bioavailability (BA) and Bioequivalence (BE) studies, ensuring all clinical and analytical phases meet international regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, GLP) and client expectations.
The ideal candidate combines high-level scientific expertise with the operational grit required to run a world-class laboratory.
