Head of Back Office Officer

Job description The Head of Back Office is a senior leadership position tasked with overseeing and coordinating activities across Accounting Management, Settlement Operations, Administration, and IT functions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in treasury transaction operations, regulatory compliance, and administrative oversight, along with practical knowledge of IT systems to support organizational objectives.
Accounting Management 1. Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with senior management. 2. Oversee the preparation and submission of accounting reports to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Head Office. 3. Review daily journals and ensure accuracy in financial records. 4. Forecast monthly profits and provide financial insights to support decision-making. 5. Monitor and approve office expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
