Role Overview



Lead and mentor the bakery floor (baking and pastry teams) to ensure exceptional product quality, appropriate staffing, ongoing training, and continuous improvement. Foster accountability, excellence, and strong financial performance across Brisbane bakery operations.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead bakery production teams to meet KPI targets (Quality, Labour, Wastage) seven days a week; manage rosters; direct supervisors (Mixing, Shaping, Baking, Pastry, Packing, Cleaning, Maintenance); recruitment, onboarding, and training; build a collaborative, quality-focus...
