Job Description

 Eskisehir 2 

We are looking for a Head of Beneficiation & Kilning raw material processing and kiln operations. This role has accountable for the safe, compliant, and cost-effective operation of all mining activities in Eskişehir.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead daily operations and continuous improvement across Beneficiation and Kilning

Identify, justify, and execute CAPEX projects; ensure benefit realization

Stabilize capacity and eliminate losses across the pit to kiln value stream

Control inventory levels and cycle time; reduce working capital exposure

Drive energy efficiency and cost performance

Ensure safe, compliant, and disciplined operations

Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams; strengthen process ownership and standardization

Lead and develop the team
