Head of Billing and Pay Operations

We’re looking for a seasoned leader based in the Philippines to own and oversee end-to-end staffing billing and payroll operations across multiple global markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while driving process improvement, automation, and operational excellence in a high-volume, complex environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage Billing & Pay Operations across APAC, EMEA, and/or US markets
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and billing execution
• Design and implement controls to reduce risk, leakage, and rework
• Drive process improvement and automation, transforming legacy operations
• Partner closely with Finance, HR, and client-facing teams globally
• Mentor, develop, and scale a high-performing PH-based operations team
