We are seeking a senior, commercially minded Head of Business Development to lead a brand-name organisation’s inorganic growth agenda across M&A, investments, partnerships and strategic projects.

In this role, you will originate, evaluate and execute transactions that align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value. You will lead end-to-end deal execution — from market scanning and opportunity identification through diligence, negotiation, Board approval and integration — while building a disciplined pipeline and robust governance framework.
