Overview
We are seeking an AVP/VP – Business Development to partner closely with our CEO and leadership team to drive the growth, positioning, and monetization of our Business Parks and other commercial assets. This role will lead end-to-end business planning for leasing, development enablement, and go-to-market execution for greenfield and existing projects. You will own senior-level relationships with investors, occupiers (especially MNCs), and strategic partners, while ensuring disciplined commercial outcomes and valuation upside.
