 Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company goals and objectives
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
 Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers
 Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and partners
 Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
 Manage the business development team and provide guidance and support
 Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities
