Role Overview

A fast-growing workplace solutions and commercial real estate services firm is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive expansion of its design-and-build, interior fit-out, and workplace construction business. This role is responsible for originating and closing project-based revenue opportunities with enterprise clients, BPOs, corporate headquarters, and fast-scaling organizations. The focus is on securing build mandates – not traditional leasing. The successful candidate will lead client acquisition, commercial negotiations, and bid strategy while collaborating closely with design, engineering, quantity surveying, and project delivery teams to ensure commercially viable execution.
