Job Description  
Ownership of the ETRM business processes and trade lifecycle 
Lead and manage the Trade Process Analyst team 
Provide Level 3 (L3) support ownership for complex business issues 
Act as the primary business owner for Endur-related processes and new product implementations 
Define and maintain controls across the trade lifecycle 
Prioritise and sponsor business-led change and enhancements 
Partner with IT Application Operations to ensure platform stability 
Represent the business in ETRM governance and steering forums 
Ensure effective use of business SMEs and reduce operational risk 
Qualifications  
Extensive experience in energy trading operations or Middle Office 
Deep knowledge of ETRM platforms, preferably Endur 
Proven leadership and people management experience
