Head of Carrier Management & Placement Strategy Execution, Asia

The Role Overview

• Champion all global Carrier Management initiatives, such as Strategic Trading data,BrokingPlatform,Strategiccarrieragreements,OperationalImprovementfortheregion including governance of facilities and panels.
• Build strong relationships with Insurer distribution colleagues and leadership within Insurance carriers in Asia and provide a ‘front of house’ role for Willis Asia.
• Execute regional CRB Carrier Management strategy within Asia.
• Work within project teams relating to Client priorities around Insurer data and engagement.

Major Accountabilities

• Co-ordinate integration of Global Broking and Carrier Management priorities.
• Provide Insurer data and engagement structure for Clients in Asia.
• Ability to manage relationships and negotiate placement with the insurance market.
• Take the lead in regional distribution projects and platform development in Asia.
