Overview

At ABB, we help industries run leaner and cleaner. This position reports to the Service Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Budget responsibility.
  • Develop and implement a holistic channel partner strategy for the Norwegian market.
  • Prepare and execute detailed business plans with regular reviews and adjustments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and key customer decision-makers.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement.
  • Define and follow up KPIs for sales volume, market share, margins and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development, channel partner management or leadership.
  • Higher education (BSc/MSc) in automation – extensive relevant experience may compensate.
