Head of Chef

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests
• Participate in inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to improve their skills and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in the hospitality or food service industry
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
