Head of CIO Office

Would you like to play a key role in Orion’s digitalisation, globalisation and in ensuring that technology investments and operations align with organisational goals? We are looking for a Head of CIO Office to serve as a close partner to the CIO, to own the IT operating model and to oversee IT governance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, development and operationalisation of the long‑term IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure an efficient and effective IT operating model that enables the use of information, technology, and IT services globally.
• Provide a clear governance framework and discipline, effective guidelines, and controls to ensure compliance, security and business continuity.
• Define, monitor and report performance metrics.
• Develop the supplier and partner ecosystem and strategic IT vendor management.
• The role is based in Espoo or Turku and reports to the CIO. ...
