Reporting to the Chief R&D Officer, this role ensures seamless progression of drug candidates from preclinical stages through IND-enabling studies and early-phase clinical trials.
Support IND preparation for both CDE, FDA and other markets
Lead and manage Translational and Clinical research programs in line with organisational goals - focus on Cancer
Develop and implement research strategies to support product development and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of research and business objectives.
Oversee data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all research activities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the research team to achieve optimal performance.
Identify and foster partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance research capabilities.
