About the Role

As Head of Collateral Management within Asset Management COO, you will take ownership of a critical function that underpins Swiss Re’s global collateral activities. Leading a talented team across Zurich and New York, you will oversee the full collateral management value chain — spanning securities finance, derivatives, re‑/insurance, and intra‑group loans — while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder partnerships across the organisation.
