Starting salary dependent on experience and qualifications. We may offer an enhanced salary for an exceptionally experienced or highly skilled candidate.
40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Relocation allowance is available for applicants who need to relocate to fulfil the role
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Head of College for this newly created role at a time of expansion and development.
Based at our new site, Coleg Ty’r Eithin in Carmarthenshire, set to open in September 2026, this role offers the chance to shape and lead a growing provision.
As the Head of College, you will lead the delivery of Ruskin Mill Trust’s unique Practical Skills Therapeutic Education approach and work closely with the Executive Principal to ensure the day-to-day operational management of the site, e...
