BlueCare is seeking an exceptional Head of Commercial to shape our commercial strategy, strengthen long-term sustainability, and drive value across our aged care, community and health services. In this senior leadership role you will provide strategic commercial insight, lead pricing and revenue optimisation, oversee supplier and contract management, and guide major investment and business decisions. You’ll work closely with the EGM Strategy & Transformation, EGM Operations, and senior stakeholders to influence organisational direction and support key transformation initiatives.
