Job Description

Job Summary 

Commercial Strategy and Planning is a key role responsible for shaping commercial strategic direction, including distribution, product, customer, and innovation, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless execution of the CCO’s vision by driving cross-market and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support CCO to develop and refine commercial strategic in alignment with organizational goals
  • Work closely with CCO and executive team to define corporate priorities and strategic initiatives 
  • Lead strategic projects and drive cross-market and cross-functional collaboration to implement key initiatives 
  • Oversee the implementation of commercial strategy and track performance 
  • Foster relationships with external partners to support strategic objectives
