Head of Community (Independent Contractor → Equity Pathway)

Overview

The Local Agency (TLA) is building a structured creator ecosystem across South Africa and Kenya.

This is not a “social media manager” role. This is a builder role.

We are developing TLA Community — a structured creator platform designed to:

• Feed qualified talent into TLA Talent
• Distribute campaigns efficiently
• Collect structured creator data for our CIP (Creator Intelligence Platform)
• Increase creator professionalism and campaign-readiness
• Monetise through tiered access (Free / Pro / Accelerator)

We are looking for a senior-level community builder to own and scale this vertical.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Structuring and scaling the TLA Community platform
• Designing engagement systems (not just posting content)
• Building behavioural frameworks
• Turning community activity into measurable pipeline value
