General Manager - Compensation & Benefits
Location: Chennai – Corporate Office
CTC upto 30L
Role Summary:
Responsible for designing and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits framework to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and variable pay programs
Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
Manage employee benefits, insurance, and statutory compliance
Partner with Finance on budgeting and manpower cost planning
Ensure pay equity and governance standards
Location: Chennai – Corporate Office
