Head of Compliance - Global Expansion

Role Overview:

The Head of Compliance for Global Expansion is responsible for building, implementing, and continuously enhancing the firm’s compliance framework to support business expansion into new jurisdictions. This role has full ownership of compliance strategy, regulatory engagement, and day to day execution for all expansion related business activities, including both regulated and unregulated markets.

This is a very senior, hands on leadership position that acts as a key control function and strategic partner to senior management. The role ensures that all new market entry, licensing, and expansion initiatives are executed in line with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory expectations, while enabling sustainable and compliant growth across jurisdictions where OSL is expanding.
