A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is looking for Head of Compliance

Location: Shahra -e- Faisal, Karachi

Industry: Insurance/Financial Services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, AML/CFT, internal audit, or regulatory affairs within insurance/financial services.
• Managerial experience with exposure to Board and senior management interaction.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, governance standards, and compliance risk management.
• High integrity, critical thinking, conflict management, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a robust Compliance Management System aligned with SECP regulations, Insurance Ordinance, Companies Act, Corporate Governance Code, AML/CFT, and cybersecurity guidelines.
