Adecco’s specialist Property Services Division are proud to have been commissioned to partner exclusively with Rochdale Borough Housing to assist them in recruiting a permanent Head Compliance for their Property Services Directorate, to work flexibly from their offices in Rochdale .
Rochdale Boroughwide Housing Limited (RBH) is the UK’s first tenant and employee co-owned mutual housing society, with over 12,000 homes throughout the local area. RBH has just been awarded a G2 grading for Governance by the Regulator of Social Housing following a two-year improvement programme, and are now working towards achieving a G1 rating. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join the team to help RBH continue their journey.
