Our client, an established European bank in Singapore, is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead regulatory compliance across its banking and capital markets activities. This role partners closely with senior management, business units, and regulators to ensure strong governance, effective risk management, and a robust compliance culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Singapore and international banking and capital markets regulations
• Advise management and business units on regulatory requirements and potential impacts
• Review and approve new products and business initiatives, including OTC derivatives, structured notes, fixed income, and equities
• Oversee market conduct compliance (insider trading, market manipulation, conflicts of interest, wall-crossing)
