Head of Compliance

The Head of Compliance (Singapore) will support the development, execution, and maintenance of the Group’s licensing and structure framework. This role works closely with Operations, Product, and Big IT teams for adherence to regulatory expectations, and continuous strengthening of the Group’s financial controls and licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own regulatory requests, audits, examinations, and internal reporting.
• Lead and own the application and due diligence processes with acquiring banks, payment services providers and financial partners across the world.
• Draft internal and external compliance policies, manuals and procedures to reflect evolving regulatory landscapes in each jurisdiction from time to time.
• Lead licensing and regulatory engagement processes with external parties when required.
